If you want shounen/action, try Jujutsu Kaisen. Nobara is probably the best written shounen female lead in a very long time. Dr. Stone might work as well. If you want something more slice of life, I'd definitely recommend one of: Shirobako, Hanasaku Iroha, Sakura Quest or Shiroi Suna no Aquatope.
