The Ames Public Library Board of Trustees is committed to the process of strategic planning and will meet the standards established by the State Library of Iowa for Tier 3 Library accreditation.
The Library Director contributes on an organization-wide basis as a member of the City Manager’s Executive Leadership Team, and promotes Excellence Through People (ETP), the City’s employee-developed organizational philosophy in leading all activities of the Ames Public Library.
