The Suppressor is a Barrel attachment available on all weapons except the AS VAL, VSS Vintorez, K7, KAC SRR, Izhevsk PB, and MP5SD. It is unlocked at 30 kills or could be purchased using credits.
Usage & Tactics Pros & Cons
Pros: •The first barrel attachment you unlock - at 30 kills. •Slightly reduces rotational recoil. •Medium sound masking (However worse on shotguns or LMGs). •Removes muzzle flashes, just like the Flash Hider. •Does not affect damage range, unlike other suppressors. Cons: •70 studs radar detection range. Easier to be tracked by enemies in small maps. •90 studs radar detection range on shotguns or LMGs. •Lowers suppression, which removes the extra 25XP income for suppressing enemies.
