   • What finally worked for me: Open Reaper>Options>Preferences>Plug-ins>VST and include "C:\Program Files\Common Files\VSTPlugins" in your VST Plug-in paths. Restart Reaper. That's it. Apparently, they removed VST2 support and added VST3 support to Version 0.9.5 and that doesn't work with some DAWs and the issue remains with Version 0.9.7.
