Apr 1, 2024 · An Orcutt landmark for over 50 years, it’s open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Their breakfast items are available all day, and the Chorizo Scramble is amazing. They also have a mouthwatering selection of pies. Don’t miss it for dinner either — I enjoyed one of the best patty melts of my life at Jack’s!
Dec 21, 2009 · Orcutt was named after one of the major figures of the California oil industry, William Warren Orcutt, and was founded as a boom town, riding a high tide of oil production in the Santa Maria Valley in the early 1900s. For a time, Orcutt was the major trading and shipping center for northern Santa Barbara County.
