IIRC they filmed half of the outdoor "Europe" scenes in Czechia because Prague is so eclectic architecturally. Yeah definitely the Paris train station was Prague main train station. Not sure about the rest. Czechia is used a lot as a filming location since it's cheap and you can fake pretty much any EU country here.
