Feb 15, 2022 · PIA was the type's launch customer, receiving its first in February 2006. Elsewhere in Asia, Air India presently has two active 777-200LRs at its disposal, alongside 10 at Emirates. Meanwhile, Qatar Airways has eight, and, in a slightly rarer turn of events, there are four active 777-200LRs at Turkmenistan Airlines.

It had two variants: the B777-200ER (Extended Range) and the B777-200LR (Long Range). We examine Delta’s Long Range variant, which was used for 12 years.
