Children of Heaven (Persian: بچههای آسمان, romanized: Bæccähâ-ye âsmân) is a 1997 Iranian family drama film written and directed by Majid Majidi. The plot follows a brother and sister, and their adventures over a lost pair of shoes.
In 2008, he starred with Jackie Chan in the US-China co-production The Forbidden Kingdom, and portrayed the title character villain in The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor. He played his first nonaction dramatic role in Ocean Heaven (2010), and was part of the ensemble of action stars in the first three The Expendables films (2010-2014).
