I don't think Hitomi will appear. Sister group members don't usually appear at those events, but it can happen. However the focus there is Sakura history in HKT and AKB, not IZ*ONE. Full entrances shown, which is unusual for these DVDs (likely due to music rights and/or time considerations), but very important for a match like this and I’m really glad they did.
