Welcome to the Indian cinema task force! We're a joint task force run between WikiProject Films and WikiProject India to ensure that Indian cinema-related articles on Wikipedia are written in an encyclopedic style, in a neutral manner using verifiable and reliable sources.
This is a notebook for project goals and sections of Indian cinema articles that need addressing, cleanup, expanding, referencing, infoboxes, filmography sorting etc. etc. Once the task has been completed please delete or relocate to a different section under work completed.

There also exists Wikipedia:WikiProject Film/Indian cinema/Tamil cinema task force. I had created it with the intention of organising Tamil film articles and to differentiate them from the overrated Bollywood articles, but the task force may be deleted if necessary.
There's nothing that I can see at Wikipedia:WikiProject Indian cinema that specifies or even mentions this style; it seems rather to be the result of editors rather lazily doing the cut-and-paste from IMDb. In any case, is it really a good idea to have a separate style for Indian actors? Shouldn't we just have a style for actors?
