There are only 7 houses along the full length of this wide, beautiful beach. Mon Soleil is literally 50 feet from the beach. You can’t get any closer to the sand and the water. Mon Soleil is under new ownership and is scheduled for a full remodel in the fall of 2025.

Apr 6, 2024 · We stayed once at a property named Mon Soleil. There are others, as well as several "one row back" (just across the road, easy walk over to the beach). If you're looking for more isolation and on the beach, consider a rental at North Palmetto Point, Double Bay, and Winding Bay.
Mon Soleil is located on the Banks Road of Governors Harbour, the most prestigious location on Eleuthera, and just one mile from town. Governors Harbour, the main town on the island, has grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, two banks with ATMs, a bakery, gift shops, a dive shop, and a medical clinic.
Mon soleil !!!. By far, if you are a beach person, is on one of the prettiest, best beaches on the island, French Leave. It is also very close to some great restaurants and bars in Governors Harbour. There are not many reviews but it is rented out consistently throughout the year, usually by repeat customers.
