   What happened to One Off?

   • One Off, a restaurant owned by One Off Hospitality and Boka, experienced a fire in 2010 that resulted in the death of a firefighter. In 2021, they opened a second location in River North with a rooftop bar, rebranding their former Pacific Standard Time restaurant. One Off's owners have also dealt with personal tragedies, including the death of partner Rick Diarmit in 2018.
