This catalog lists the OTC products you can order online, by phone or through the mail. You can also use your card allowance to purchase eligible OTC items in select stores. Order your prescriptions and refills however you choose. Call or go online. Call us at 1-888-792-3862 (TTY: 711) or go to Aetna.com to log in to your member website. You can also download the Aetna Health℠ app. Request mail service. You can request mail service by phone or online. You can also print out an order form and send it to us.
You can order them by phone at 1-833-331-1573 (TTY: 711) or online at cvs.com/otchs/myorder. You order from a list of approved OTC items in the catalog. Then OTCHS will mail them directly to your home address. You can also go to any OTCHS-enabled participating CVS Pharmacy® store to use your benefit, where available.
To order online, simply go to the Aetna OTC website and set up your account by registering with your member ID number and other details. Then you can browse the catalog of eligible items and add what you need to your cart. Checkout is easy, and your products will be delivered within a few days.
How to place an order online: 1. Create an account. If it’s your first time placing an order online, you will need to create an account by visiting CVS.com/otchs/MyOrder. Then, choose the “Create Account” button and follow the instructions. You will need your member ID, date of birth, ZIP code and current email address.
Order Online. The easiest way is to go to CVS.com/otchs/myorder and aetna otc order online login to your account. If it’s your first time, you’ll need to register using your Aetna member ID number and create a password.

You can order online at the Benefits Pro Portal Aetna.NationsBenefits.com. You can also shop in person at participating retail locations where the Extra Benefits Card is accepted. For example, you can use the card in Walmart stores, but not at Walmart.com. Read our FAQ.
