If it’s your first time, you’ll need to register for an online account using your Aetna® member ID number and your email. You’ll see your OTC benefit amount and items that are available for you to order.
May 9, 2024 · What OTC items are available? Your OTC benefit helps you save money on a wide range of over-the-counter health and wellness products. You can use your benefit amount to purchase products such as pain relief, first aid, cold and allergy medicine, dental care items and more. Check your OTC catalog for the list of items covered by your benefit.
CVS® makes it easy to redeem OTC benefits. Pay nothing out of pocket* for select over-the-counter (OTC) eligible products if your plan includes an OTC benefit. Find a store to shop with benefits. Redeem Wellcare benefits. Redeem OTCHS benefits.
This catalog lists the OTC products you can order online, by phone or through the mail. You can also use your card allowance to purchase eligible OTC items in select stores. For a full list of items available at an in network retail locations, visit Aetna.NationsBenefits.com or the Benefits Pro mobile app.
How to place an order online: 1. Create an account. If it’s your first time placing an order online, you will need to create an account by visiting CVS.com/otchs/MyOrder. Then, choose the “Create Account” button and follow the instructions. You will need your member ID, date of birth, ZIP code and current email address.
You can obtain your OTC items at select approved participating OTCHS-enabled CVS Pharmacy® or Navarro® stores. To find your nearest location, go to cvs.com/otchs/myorder/storelocator. You can also download the Aetna Health℠ app. Request mail service. You can request mail service by phone or online. You can also print out an order form and send it to us.
You can order online at the Benefits Pro Portal Aetna.NationsBenefits.com. You can also shop in person at participating retail locations where the Extra Benefits Card is accepted. For example, you can use the card in Walmart stores, but not at Walmart.com. Read our FAQ.
Aetna Health members, log-in securely to your account to access all of your health and benefits information, or get your user name and/or password if you've forgotten it. First time users can also sign up and register for an account.
Order Online. The easiest way is to go to CVS.com/otchs/myorder and aetna otc order online login to your account. If it’s your first time, you’ll need to register using your Aetna member ID number and create a password.
