Preheat oven to 180c. Grease and flour one 10" Bundt cake tin. In medium bowl combine all ingredients and beat with an electric mixer for about 4 minutes till batter is smooth. Pour into prepared Bundt pan and bake at 350 F for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

This cake is great to take to parties or simple enough to make at home for dessert! You can also amp up the recipe with either the Barefoot White Wine of the Barefoot Red Wine. Happy Holidays!
Add flour and wine in batches. Add 1 cup of flour, mix just until combined and add ¼ cup of moscato, mix. Add the next cup of the flour, mix; then another ¼ cup of wine, mix. Add last cup of flour, mix and add final ¼ cup of wine, mix. Bake for 50minutes to 1 hour, or until skewer comes out clean.

Apr 27, 2021 · I used Barefoot Bubbly Pink Moscato but obviously use your favorite brand with this recipe. I also chill the moscato before making the drinks. I prefer to drink this cold. This makes two fairly large mimosas. If you’re serving them for a more “dainty” occasion, this recipe can probably make 4 smaller drinks.
