Elizabeth Ann Van Duyne (/ ˌ v æ n ˈ d aɪ n / van-DYNE; born November 16, 1970) [3] is an American politician serving as the U.S. representative for Texas's 24th congressional district. [4] A member of the Republican Party , she was mayor of Irving from 2011 to 2017.
