From 1982 – 2003 Joe was the owner of Office Sales & Service in Buckhannon. Following that, he worked for Bill Kelley Chevrolet as a salesman and finance manager. Joe was a quiet family man who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and taking long drives thru West Virginia admiring the scenery – which he then sometimes captured in oil paintings.
