September 6, 2010 marks the one-year anniversary of Brandon’s death. On September 6, 2009, at 8:24 p.m., a citizen reported hearing a gunshot in the Morley Field area of Balboa Park. Officers and paramedics found Brandon Robinson on the ground next to his motorcycle, suffering from a gunshot wound. Brandon died later that evening from his injury.
