   • Outstanding restaurant in Harlem!!! We came to New York City from Texas for a brief vacation. We stayed in Harlem and accidentally discovered a fantastic restaurant called Chocolat in the 2200 block of Frederick Douglass Blvd. The food was incredible and the service was even more awesome.
