Contact! is the 117th quest in RuneScape, released on 10 January 2007. Travel to Sophanem and speak to the High Priest in the western temple. He will tell you that they have been having problems getting in contact with their sister city of Menaphos.
Go to the most NE building in Sophanem and talk to Jex. Climb down the nearby ladder, then the trapdoor. Follow the red line on the map to the ladder.
