The Ark Encounter is situated in beautiful Grant County in Williamstown, Kentucky. As you enter Noah’s world aboard the massive Ark, you’ll tour three decks filled with scores of world-class exhibit bays.
The Creation Museum should be visited when viewing the Ark Encounter which is 35 miles to the south. The museum is well planned with excellent exhibits. Parking is a distance from the building but shuttle busses run frequently. The exhibits are easy to access; prepare to spend at least 4 hours.

The Ark Encounter is a great way for families to learn more about God, Noah and the Ark and creation. The employees there are really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend going to the Ark Experience!
The "catastrophe", an allusion to the Great Flood recounted in Genesis chapters 6 through 9, is represented by animatronic figures constructing Noah's Ark and an interactive exhibit that allows visitors to select frequently asked questions about Noah's Ark and have them answered audibly by an animatronic Noah.
