Dan is an accomplished hockey player and Coach. Since 2019 he has been Head Coach of the Pingree School (Prep/NEPSAC) and former Endicott College Assistant Coach at the NCAA DIII level for four seasons. Coach Gordon has also coached at the Semi-Professional, Junior, and Youth level since 2009.

Coach Gordon helped move 11 players to NCAA Division I programs and 24 players to the Division III ranks while coaching junior hockey for three seasons. Coach Gordon also runs his own skating and skills company called ProSkill Development.
