Dec 17, 2018 · Dearborn Sausage Company, located just outside of Detroit, was founded in 1946 by Victor Kosch. Victor immigrated from Hungary, where he grew up in an orphanage, to pursue the American Dream. With him, he brought his culinary expertise.
Sep 11, 2023 · Dearborn, Mich.-based Dearborn Sausage Co. will acquire four meat brands from the Alexander & Hornung business owned by Perdue Premium Meat Co. in the Great Lakes region, according to a release from Dearborn. Joining the Dearborn portfolio are Butcher Boy, Virginia Davis Brand, Brookside Brand and Farmer Peet.
