You can check whether your dentist is in the Delta Dental PPO network — use our Find a dentist tool (or log in to your account) to search by your dentist's name or the practice name. If your dentist is not in the PPO network, you can try searching the Delta Dental Premier network.
Whether you are a Delta Dental of Minnesota customer through your employer or through our individual and family plans, existing members may sign in to see your claims, deductibles, coverage, network doctors, ID card and more.
