Sep 27, 2011 · Gaucho On-Line Data, otherwise known as GOLD, is your online portal to search, add and drop courses, review your academic progress and to order transcripts. To log into GOLD, visit ucsb.edu, and select ‘Current Student’ on the left-hand menu.

Accessing GOLD. The student on-line registration account, GOLD (Gaucho On-Line Data), can be accessed from My UCSB and by clicking on the GOLD icon. For purposes of logging into GOLD, current students use their UCSBnetID and Password; former students use their PERM and Personal Identification Number (PIN).
What is GOLD? Gaucho On-Line Data (or GOLD ) is the website where UCSB students can view important information and take care of University business, including: signing up for classes, accessing grades, accessing official and unofficial transcripts, viewing the progress of their degree, and declaring candidacy for graduation.
