Burchfield Park. With 540 acres of scenic woods, trails and beach, Burchfield Park is Ingham County's largest park. Ribboned throughout by the Grand River, this outdoor haven harbors some of the best bank and boat fishing available in Ingham County.
Lake Lansing is 1.2 miles long and 1 mile wide with a maximum depth of 34 feet. The 30 acre-site includes a sandy beach bordered by four acres of lush green grass. The historical carousel building has been preserved as a reminder of the park's rich history. Come out for a day of picnicking, swimming, and fishing.
