Kathleen Kennedy is a film producer and the president of Lucasfilm who appears in South Park: Joining the Panderverse.

Eric Cartman wakes up from a nightmare, recounting how everyone around him, including himself, are turned into diverse women. He pleads to his mother to check that Kathleen Kennedy is not under his bed. At school, Cartman warns the other students of Disney's and Kathleen Kennedy's intentions, before being taken away into an alternate universe.

Following examinations by AI programs, it is revealed that Kathleen Kennedy had been replaced with her alternate self from another universe, who bears resemblance to Cartman. Kennedy, having ended up in the same universe with Cartman, locates the latter in alternate Butters' room, chloroforming her mother in the process. With Cartman escaping through the window, Kennedy goes into a cat and mouse chase around South Park. She eventually corners him in an alley, and explains that she is here to help him return to their own universe.

Over a cup of tea in City Woke, Kennedy explains that she had been stuck in the alternate universe for months. She recounts from the time when Bob Iger introduced her to the panderstone, an ancient AI tool that can help her produce the same movies repeatedly while still appealing to everyone. Having received piles of hate mail for producing movies with a diverse female lead, Kennedy decided to fully rely on the panderstone for her subsequent works as a counter measure, only to be backfired at every instance. Her actions eventually rendered the panderstone unstable, opening a portal to multiple universes with her alternate self stepping into her own universe. Kennedy was later thrown into the alternate universe despite her efforts to return her alternate self back to where it came from.

Cartman reveals that he had been the source of all the hate mail Kennedy received in the past, and both accuse each other for causing the entire incident. Kennedy then realizes the connection between them and quickly reconciles, regretting that she had been "reckless with things that he loved". Finding a portal opening in the restaurant, they both return to their own universe, arriving along the main street. Kennedy finds Iger and two other executives waiting for her, and promises to Iger that they will start producing original content from then on.

Kathleen Kennedy wears a blue suit over a white collared shirt, gray pants and black shoes.
