"Kitty" Swink (born 22 October 1954; age 69) is an American actress who appeared as Minister Rozahn in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine second season episode "Sanctuary" and Luaran in the seventh season episode "Tacking Into the Wind". She also provided the voice of Luaran in the video game Star Trek: Deep Space Nine - The Fallen.
