Maumee Bay State Park Campground. Boardwalk Update: The small loop of the Boardwalk Trail is open. The large loop is being renovated and is expected to re-open summer of 2024. Contact the park office at 419-836-7758 for questions. The large family campground offers electric and full-hookup sites.
Maumee Bay State Park Campground is a large campground and offers Full-hookup and Electric sites. Pets are permitted on designated sites. Reservations are required and can be made six months in advance, online or by calling (866) 644-6727. During the winter camping season, facilities may be limited.

Aug 4, 2023 · Maumee Bay SP campground is comfortable and beautiful! Spacious, level sites with paved parking and grassy area, screened by foliage between sites. Great for biking — BYO or rent at the camp store. Very nice bathhouse. Be aware that “electric” campsites are electric-only, no water at the site.

May 29, 2021 · The Maumee Bay State Park campground is separate from the rest of the park. The campground is on the west side. The beach, conference center, cottages, and boardwalk are located on the east side. There are shady areas and sunny areas.
