Plot. The programme stars Karl Howman as the mysterious Mulberry, a man who appears at the household of a cantankerous spinster, Rose Farnaby, and applies for a position as her manservant. Miss Farnaby's other staff, Bert and Alice Finch, are immediately suspicious, as the position for which Mulberry applies had not yet been advertised.
Mulberry: With Karl Howman, Geraldine McEwan, Tony Selby, John Bennett. The son of Death and Springtime is sent to collect the acerbic and reclusive Miss Farnaby. He joins the staff in her manor house, becomes her personal servant, and endeavors to help her enjoy life during her three month extension.

Howman is best known for playing Jacko in the sitcom Brush Strokes from 1986 to 1991, Mulberry in Mulberry from 1992 to 1993 and Buster Briggs in EastEnders from 2014 to 2016. Career.
