Second Chance's mission is to retrain people with barriers to employment, including chronic unemployment, criminal records, educational barriers, limited English proficiency and poverty; reclaim reusable appliances, furniture, fixtures and materials that would otherwise go to the landfill; and renew them - people and materials - to useful life.
Second Chance deconstructs buildings and homes and salvages usable materials. It's an amazing business (reusing, saving, and preserving materials that would otherwise go in a landfill)! Whether you're looking for something for a home renovation or just some new decor, check it out.
