We empower Florida families to personalize their children’s education. Select a scholarship that will open the door to a private school, different public school, tutor, therapist, specialist and more.
Families are now invited to renew or apply for a 2024-25 scholarship for the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Educational Options (FES-EO) and the Florida Tax Credit (FTC) Scholarship, including the Personalized Education Program (PEP).
Florida students who are not full-time private or public school students can access the Personalized Education Program (PEP) through the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship Program. This scholarship provides an education savings account (ESA) to fund the educational needs of eligible students.
Step Up For Students is one of two nonprofits administering school choice scholarship programs in Florida. Step Up manages five scholarship programs, awarding approximately 99 percent of the scholarships in the state.

The Family Empowerment Scholarship for Educational Options (FES-EO) and the Florida Tax Credit (FTC) Scholarship Program offer scholarships worth on average $7,700 and cover the cost of private school tuition and fees, books and more. Families can qualify based on household income.
