Feb 2, 2013 · At the end of the movie, just two main characters (if we are talking about girls) remained alive. One was the last and most complicated Alice's personality, Kristen , which Alice invented to protect herself from reliving the trauma at the house, and another one is Alice's ghost .
Whoever's seen Identity should know this rips off the same twist ending. The central character is in fact a creation of a mental patient and that the real mind of Alice is destroying her other personalities to solidify her own.
That night, Kristen and Emily attempt to escape the ward. Their escape is discovered and the alarm is raised. Kristen makes it to the front entrance of the hospital but Alice's ghost appears in front of her, causing her to fall over in fright.
