Thomas Mack Lauderdale (born July 14, 1970) is an American musician and pianist, largely known for his work with his Portland -based band Pink Martini . Early life. Thomas Mack Lauderdale was born in 1970 in Oakland, California, and adopted by Kerby Roy and Linda Sue, née Mikesell.
