Nov 5, 2021 · ENS is open and anyone can use the contracts. If Unstoppable domains goes out of business the contracts are locked. You cannot compare the two. Unstoppable basically went out and claimed a bunch of domains without any right whatsoever, but if they get enough people on board they are a monopoly. Seems like the opposite of web3.
