The Miller Brewing Company is an American brewery and beer company in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It was founded in 1855 by Frederick Miller. Molson Coors acquired the full global brand portfolio of Miller Brewing Company in 2016, and operates the Miller Brewery at the site of the original Miller Brewing Company complex.
Oct 30, 2019 · Molson Coors will close its Denver corporate branch. The company also announced that Milwaukee, home to the original Miller name, will house all functional support roles.

MILLER is one of the oldest beer brands in America, founded by Frederick Miller in 1855. It is now owned by Molson Coors, after a series of mergers and acquisitions involving W.R. Grace, Philip Morris, SABMiller and Anheuser-Busch InBev.
