Xander Berkeley (born December 16, 1955; age 68) played CTU Agent George Mason on 24 and voiced The Handler in the Solitary short. He is married to Sarah Clarke , who played Nina Myers on the show and they have had one child.
In 2001, an offer came in to play a part on a TV pilot called 24 (2001). It was another shady agent-type, and reluctant to repeat his performance from Air Force One (1997) as the turncoat secret serviceman, Xander almost passed on the job. Fortunately for him, he said yes.
