Super Scrabble is a board game introduced in 2004 and a variant of Scrabble. It is played on a 21×21 grid board instead of Scrabble's usual 15×15, and uses twice as many letter tiles. In North America Super Scrabble is made and marketed by Winning Moves Games, but licensed by Hasbro.
The popular game of Scrabble supersized. The new gameboard is a 21 by 21 grid (the original is 15 by 15) with some quadruple premium bonus squares. The game includes two hundred tiles with a new distribution of letter tiles (not just a double set of the original distribution).

This means that the Super Scrabble board has 441 squares, compared to Scrabble's 225 squares. The inner 15x15 squares are just the same as Classic Scrabble.

Super Scrabble is an apt name. It takes the regular Scrabble game and supersizes everything about it. The board is much bigger, there are more letter tiles and there are more words to play. This is the best version of Scrabble for people who live by the philosophy of “go big or go home.”
