Seattle Center Monorail. The Monorail travels directly between Westlake Center (5th and Pine Street) and Seattle Center (adjacent to Space Needle and the Museum of Popular Culture). It is America's first full-scale commercial monorail system. The Monorail departs approximately every 10 minutes.

Ride the Monorail to Westlake Center station. Exit the train, use the stairwell/elevator on the left side of the platform and exit at street level. Turn right and walk to the corner of 5th Avenue and Pike Street. Turn right at Pike Street and walk down a couple of blocks until you reach Pike Place Market.
