It's a simple, wholesome parable, crashingly obvious, and we sit patiently while the characters and the screenplay slowly arrive at the inevitable conclusion.
Tim Allen is Joe, a guy whose life has been steadily changing for the worse. When the office bully goes too far, Joe decides it's time to turn himself from a nobody into a somebody.
