Synopsis. In London, England. Vietnam War veteran Ngoc Minh Quan (Jackie Chan) picks up his daughter Fan (Katie Leung) from school. He takes her to a dress shop in Knightsbridge. As Quan attempts to park his car, a man in a motorcycle parks his motorbike between the dress shop and the bank next door.
