Characters. Main. Pip (voiced by Jet Jurgensmeyer [6] in Seasons 1-2 and Tucker Chandler in Season 3) is a young Adélie penguin who serves as Freddy's navigator and is the main protagonist of the series, along with Freddy. First mentioned in episode "Back to Cool," his birthplace is Iceberg Alley, home of Penn and his parents, and other penguins.
Tots TV was written by two of its puppeters - Robin Stevens and Andrew Davenport with Tilly played by three actresses - initially Veronique Deroulede, then Claire Carre and Alexandra Hogg. The series won two BAFTA awards for its producer Anne Wood and director Vic Finch.
T.O.T.S.: Created by Travis Braun, Ghia Godfree. With Christian J. Simon, Megan Hilty, Thimo van Haaren, Vanessa Williams. Pip the penguin and Freddy the flamingo become the first non-stork employees for T.O.T.S (Tiny Ones Transport Service) who deliver babies to their parents.
