  1. Jul 3, 2010 · Having said that, it's not so large as to appear cumbersome. I absolutely adore the Opera series of pens and the Opera Master is no exception. Visconti's 'squaring the circle' design works well with this pen and gives it a clean modern look, as do the well-polished chrome/rhodium trims.

  2. Visconti users, are the pens really worth it? And if yes, what are your recommendations? Over the years I've heard some mixed reviews of this brand and I'd love to get more information from the users.

  3. Dec 27, 2009 · this pen is a really good value, especially because it includes the visconti travelling inkwell that matches the pen, and i got it at a great price from bryant. if only it was a bit thicker and had a better filler, that would make it the ultimate value for me.

  6. Mar 7, 2014 · Pen Review: Visconti Opera LE Crystal This is my most expensive pen by a WIDE margin. I wasn't going to buy it at all...then I got to play with it when I brought my Van Gogh in to be repaired (I dropped it one too many times and the barrel cracked...).

  7. Mar 16, 2015 · It feels great too. There is some heft to it, allowing you to feel the density of the barrel when writing, but it is well balanced so you don't tire out quickly when writing. Ink drawn into the rear chamber. The tubular Chromium nib is something I had never experienced before, both in material and design.
