#1: Don’t schedule yourself to proctor. “If possible, remove yourself from the proctoring schedule on Thursday, May 9 and Tuesday, May 14. This creates a moment in time to get our exam shipment finalized and on its way. Preferably without an extra-long workday!” – Karen in Texas. #2: Find and save sturdy boxes.
AP Exams must be administered at the set times on the regularly scheduled testing dates, unless arrangements are made to administer alternate forms of the exams on specified late-testing dates. View the AP Exam Dates page for more information.
AP tests are administered by The College Board, which also administers the SAT. However, not all AP tests are offered at every school. If you have an AP Coordinator at your school, talk to them directly about registration.
Go to the Students page. Use the Accommodations filters to narrow the student roster to students with approved accommodations. For each student and per exam, click Actions and select the “Student tested with an accommodation” checkbox for each student who took an AP Exam with any type of approved accommodation.
