All animals here are not found on granby zoo so it is not redundant and boring. There is a self checkout kiosk so you dont need to wait in line.

Feb 7, 2013 · In 1992, just in time for the 350th anniversary of the founding of Montréal, Mayor Jean Doré and Premier Robert Bourassa inaugurated the Montréal Biodôme — which was neither a zoo, a botanical garden nor an aquarium, but instead a combination of all three.
Visitors can now access complete fact sheets on the flora and fauna of the Biodôme, video excerpts to better understand certain behaviours of interest, and additional information on habitats in natural environments.
