It all depends on how much filler the album has. A 30 minute album can feel like hours if the album has a couple of good tracks and is fattened up with filler. A 90 minute album can feel much shorter if the material is consistently good enough to justify the length.

I know it's cliché to say but TPAB really is a ten to me. This is an album that tackles so many things and tackles them all with incredible precision. I am in awe of how well made this album is, and I can't see anything dethroning it as my favourite album for a long while. edit: added some details.
If you're thinking about putting it on an LP at some point, two halves of 20 to 22 minutes maximum, 18 minutes per side is better. Brightest, loudest stuff at the beginning of each side, ballads and more subdued stuff at the end. If one side has to be longer, make it the one with more quiet material. 3.
