From my watch of all 11 seasons, I have come to the conclusion that Bob is actually Latino/Mexican but his family maybe changed their last name to something not Hispanic. Or maybe, he's a mix of French or Latino? I don't know why but I have a strong feeling (as of right now) that he is of mixed race castizo (3/4 spanish, 1/4 native) origins.
