Jul 20, 2009 · I know I can get very familiar sound with a dark glass amp for example, but I don’t understand - he is playing with a 4 string MusicMan tuned down to G#. It’s not a multiscale and the strings are not looking thicker than usual. I think this is crucial part of the sound too.
