- Eddie McGee. On Sept. 29, 2000, Eddie McGee beat Josh Souza on Day 88 with a total of 59 percent of the public vote. The first season allowed America to pick the ultimate winner, a method that would not be used again until spin-off series “Big Brother: Over the Top” in 2016.
- Will Kirby. On Sept. 20, 2001, Will Kirby beat Nicole Schaffrich on Day 82 with a 5-2 jury vote. This season introduced a jury made up of former houseguests who would vote for the winner.
