Lively starred in Elvis and Anabelle (2007) as Anabelle, a bulimic girl who hoped to win a beauty pageant. She said of getting into character for the role that she had "shed serious weight" for her height.
Elvis and Annabelle does a superb job of capturing and dealing with the inner struggles of both characters. The natural chemistry between Max and Blake makes them perfect for the lead roles. Joe Montegna also delivered in his role and touches your heart. He is genuine and in-character throughout the entire film.
I wouldn't say this film is a favorite of mine, but "Elvis & Anabelle" is a fairly decent movie I could watch again. 6.5/10 Rated 3/5 Stars • Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Audience ...
